BEHIND THE SCENES OF MY CREW

In May of this year, I embarked on a new journey, music. Produced by Laney Stewart, and written by Alex Jacke and Liz Rodriguez, My Crew was born. When we first discussed music ideas, I was 12, and I knew I wanted to celebrate friendships. We found out that we couldn’t attend in-person school and that lessons would be via Zoom. It was all very new, and I missed the bustling school hallways and endless banter with my classmates. My Crew is my first record to be released, and it symbolizes hanging with my friends and cheering them on. Here is a snippet of how the song My Crew was pulled together during the pandemic. Enjoy!
