Alexander James Rodriguez headed to Skid Row on November 27th to serve the homeless the annual Thanksgiving meal at the Los Angeles Mission. That day, the LA Mission served 1,500+ people from LA’s unhoused population, that’s 3,600 lbs. of turkey!
The young actor and singer dished up scrumptious turkey stuffing alongside Nick Cannon (TV Host, Wild ‘N Out, The Masked Singer), Danny Trejo (Actor, Owner of Trejo’s Tacos); Kate Linder (Young & The Restless), Mayra Veronica (Billboard #1 recording artist); Christina DeRosa (Black-ish, Bad Moms); Jean Smart (Hacks, Watchmen); Eileen Davidson (The Young & The Restless, Days of our Lives); Thora Birch (American Beauty, Ghost World); Anne Ramsay (Mad About You); Cedric Yarbrough (Reno 911!, Speechless); Caitlin O’Connor (Two and a Half Men); Katherine Castro (The Summoning); and Sinead Jenkins (Love Undercover). Alexander was also joined by former Los Angeles Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa; LA County Supervisor Hilda Solis; LA County Sheriff Robert Luna; Deputy Mayor of Homelessness Dr. Etsemaye P. Agonafer; and City Attorney Hydee Soto-Feldstein with Troy Vaughn, President and CEO of Los Angeles Mission.
